This guide is intended for use by ManagingEnergy online developers. It contains three major sections that deal with the architecture of the ManagingEnergy online system. The database, the application and the online reporting system called WebReports. This document is an in depth look at the processes, design intent and limitations of the each of these sections and will not make a lot of sense to those not familiar with application development or programming practices.
