ManagingEnergy is a complete system for managing energy and energy related assets in buildings. The system contains two separate but very related systems that are both available via an internet connection.
ManagingEnergy online Reports - the online reporting engine. Administrative users (any application user) can specify the building and report access for any user within the subscription. This allows them to control the information available to each user role.
From a developers standpoint ManagingEnergy consists of a few pieces built on a limited set of technologies:
The backend database - Microsoft SQL server 2008.
The application - ASP.NET (C#), Microsoft Silverlight.
Reports - Component One Reports
API - ASP.NET (C#)
