You will always have the option to acquire an onsite license at a price comparable to other client/server applications. (But why would you want to !!)

At ManagingEnergy.com, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If at any time you are not completely satisfied, the unused months of any prepaid subscription fee will be promptly refunded.

ManagingEnergy.com is a subscription service. You can choose 6-month prepayment, 1-year prepayment, or automatic monthly payment by credit card. |
6-month Prepayment |
Pay in advance every 6 months, based on current account size. You will be invoiced by mail approximately 30 days before the end of your current subscription. Support usage will be itemized and any over- or under-payments due to changes in number of accounts, buildings, or meters will be reconciled in the current invoice. Payment can be made by company cheque or online by credit card. |
1-year Prepayment |
Pay in advance every 12 months, based on current account size. You will be invoiced by mail approximately 30 days before the end of your current subscription. Support usage will be itemized and any over- or under-payments due to changes in number of accounts, buildings, or meters will be reconciled in the current invoice. Clients that pay for 12 months in advance receive the 13th month free. Payment can be made by company cheque or online by credit card. |
Monthly Credit Card |
Pay automatically at the start of each month, through a credit card. You will receive a monthly itemized breakdown of usage and charges by email each month. |
