At the root of our Energy Management System is the Energy Accounting module. Energy Accounting deals with information To the Meter, the information flows and business relationships between you and your utility providers. It records all monthly utility invoices and automatically audits them to identify billing errors and consumption abnormalities. By preparing a variety of management and analysis reports, ManagingEnergy helps to ensure overall organizational energy efficiency through a single integrated management system.
Using our patent-pending Tariff Engine, an Energy Manager can quickly identify instances where over-charges can be claimed and recovered. Subscribers can also connect to interval meter data streams to visualize and respond to hourly and daily usage patterns. ManagingEnergy is the only system that manages invoice details, monthly readings and interval readings all in the same Energy Management solution. And it's the only one that provides building systems functionality for building operators and engineers.
Key areas of the Energy Accounting module are:
Managing utility invoices is the first component to a sound energy management program. Of all the things you need to do to control energy costs, it’s the easiest to achieve if you have the right tools at your disposal.
The Buildings and Meters module maintains a detailed inventory of buildings and meters organized in a way that makes sense for you.
