
Managing Energy Inc. has hired Larry Kron, former Manager of Product Support Services at Microsoft Canada, to develop policy and procedures for a state-of-the-industry service support centre.
In line with our Software-as-a-Service philosophy, MEI has chosen to integrate the managingenergy.com platform with Zendesk, a Web-based support service used by Twitter, MSNBC, and many other leading technology companies. According to Mr. Kron, "The user experience will be seamless. Phone and online customer support will be right in the application."
